I am passionate about family businesses. Since 2000 I have dedicated myself to guiding business families, accompanying them in their processes, learning and supporting them in creating solutions, always inspired by their business and family potential.
As a family business professional, I have been trained in systemic family therapy, in addition to obtaining two master's degrees in business management (one of them for family businesses) and Advanced Family Business Advisory certifications from the Family Firm Institute (Boston, USA). This institution awarded me the International Achievement Award in 2015.
This valuable experience has allowed me to accompany more than 200 families worldwide on the way to their evolution as families that want to reach the next level.
